Job Function:

To support office administration and sales procedures, in order to ensure organisational efficiency and good customer service.

This is a a Kickstart position for a full time Office Assistant

The role will support our office administration and sales team, but will be involved in all aspects of our work at the brewery.

You need to be 16-24 YO and claiming universal credit

Main responsibilities:


  • Procurement of stationery, merchandise, and packaging.
  • Counting of merchandise, pumpclip and packaging stock at month end.


  • Raise weekly market, Ticket Tailor and app sales invoices
  • Raise Breww invoices at month end for EPOS and App beer sales.
  • Holiday and illness cover for sales admin


  • Market float reconciliation
  • Petty Cash control
  • Till reconciliations and float preparation
  • Email invoices and statements (mid and end of month)


  • Learn procedure for preparing and dispatching product
  • Prepare weekly web orders for collection/dispatch
  • Provide holiday and illness cover for Warehouse Manager

Other tasks as required
