A beer perfect for colder winter months, We’ve used a Belgian yeast, fermented warmer than usual and using plenty of specialty malts to gives this beer a flavour profile of dark fruits with a caramel sweetness that compliments the use of simple hops to let the flavour of the yeast shine.

The Nelson Sauvin hops we used brings a light fruitiness with notes of grapefruit and gooseberry.

Our characterful and complex pale ale. Aromatic citrus notes from Amarillo hops harmonise with a sweet malty backbone and a balanced grassy bitterness. Named after Edwin Beard Budding of Stroud who invented the lawnmover in 1830.

Our ever popular amber session bitter. Full bodied with caramel notes from Crystal malt & a spicy orange aroma. Named after the mythical highwayman of Minchinhampton Common.

Our clean, golden session pale ale with hints of red apple from Organic Wakatu and Taiheke (formally Cascade) hops from New Zeadland. Cara and Crystal malt add a balanced biscuity malt backbone.
